Hiring and Recruitment During COVID-19

During this time, we realize there is a lot of uncertainty, and we are all learning to navigate professional and personal priorities in new ways. Is Contrast Security still hiring?

Yes. We are actively recruiting across all locations and regions for various positions.

Are job interviews still happening?

Yes. All interviews will happen via phone and Zoom video calls. We ask that you take the time to ensure that your local device supports Zoom. While we know it may be unconventional to take these video calls, we understand that background noise happens, and we're ready for even the most energized pets/kids to pop up during this process.

Is travel still allowed for out-of-area applicants?

No. Travel for interviews is considered non-essential by most and not allowed until further notice.

Are new employee orientations still happening?

Yes. For the safety of our new and current employees, we now offer a virtual new employee Orientation/Onboarding. This experience welcomes new employees and ensures they have all the required information and enabling tools to work effectively.

What are you doing to keep your employees safe?

We, at Contrast, have ensured that we have adhered to all local jurisdictions; no matter our location, we follow all country/state/county/city guidelines. While we love our face-to-face time, we want to guarantee that our employees and their loved ones remain healthy and safe during the pandemic. We have designated employees serving as a panel to inform, instill, and share any news about the current climate. 

How are you supporting your employees through these difficult and unprecedented times?

We're listening to our people. We know many of our employees and their family members are experiencing stress and anxiety due to the increased burden of COVID-19. We have a range of resources that can support their emotional needs, free of charge. In addition to this, we’re working on the implementation of a wellness initiative for our employees. This initiative focuses on physical and mental wellbeing through yoga, meditation, fitness challenges, and much more. We are doing all that we can to ensure that Contrast Security’s core values and company culture shine through such a trying time.
