Starting in the 1990s, Jeff worked with some of the largest companies and Government agencies in the world to improve the security of their applications.
In 2001, Jeff Williams helped create OWASP, a non-profit dedicated to improving the security of software. He also began consulting and saw that the companies that followed his plan avoided the most common breaches. He created the OWASP Top 10, so every company would have the same knowledge.
