The Runtime Security leader taps former CrowdStrike executive as the demand for its Secure Code Platform continues to flourish
Los Altos, CA — October 24, 2023 — Contrast Security (Contrast), the code security platform built for developers and trusted by security, today announced the appointment of Peter Daley as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Daley will lead all financial activities across the business, including financial strategy, accounting, procurement, legal, IT and compliance. He will also apply decades of experience in enterprise software as a service (SaaS), cybersecurity and financial services to improve business performance and profitability.

Peter has over 25 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity and financial services. Prior to joining Contrast, Daley served as the VP of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at CrowdStrike, where he was instrumental in leading the execution of various private and public financing rounds, including a record-setting initial public offering, as well as leading the investor relations program.
