Insight #1

"Microsoft Security Copilot, a generative AI approach to helping secure your systems was announced this week. This is exciting for all security teams, especially those who are dealing with alert fatigue and constrained resources."

Insight #2

"The proposed US cyber security budget for 2023 is on par with 2021 numbers. Without a significant increase in budget for cyber security, the ability to execute on the recent executive orders, operational directives, and cyber security strategy won’t be successful."

Insight #3

"Generative AI is exciting for software developers, and it should be. The speed and efficiency at which code is delivered should increase dramatically but please don’t assume the generated code is vulnerability free, and continue to follow your application security practices to hopefully deliver vulnerability-free code to production."
